All services are subject to availability, technician dispatch coverage, and safe working conditions at the requested location.

2. Service Bookings & Call-Outs

  • Accurate Information: When requesting assistance, you must provide accurate location details, vehicle registration, tire size specifications, and details about the tire condition. We are not responsible for delays or service inability caused by incorrect information.
  • Vehicle Location & Access: You must ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location where our technicians can work without risk to safety or violation of local parking laws.
  • Locking Wheel Nut: It is your responsibility to provide the locking wheel nut key before work commences. If the key is missing or damaged, additional charges or inability to perform the service may apply.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes: Quotations given over the phone, online, or via message are based on the information provided by you. We reserve the right to amend the final price if additional work or different tire specifications are required upon arrival.
  • Call-Out & Service Fees: Call-out charges may apply for emergency or out-of-hours requests, regardless of whether a repair is physically possible due to irreparable damage.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept payments via approved card terminals, electronic transfers, or online payment gateways.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay for completed services or supplied goods may result in recovery proceedings and additional administrative or legal costs.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your booking prior to the dispatch of our mobile unit. If a cancellation is made after a technician has been dispatched, a standard call-out fee may be charged to cover travel and administrative costs.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases of severe weather, dangerous working conditions, road closures, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

  • New Tires: All new tires supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Puncture Repairs: Repairs are carried out in accordance with British Standard BS AU 159. If a tire cannot be safely repaired under British safety standards, we will advise on a tire replacement.
  • Limitations: Warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, punctures occurring after service, misuse, improper driving, or incorrect tire pressure maintenance post-installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical faults, or worn/seized wheel components (e.g., corroded wheel studs/bolts).
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, travel delays, or missed appointments arising from service delays or vehicle issues.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
